1. Use Of The Platform

DiverseFX provides online educational and course content. The platform is intended for personal learning and educational use only.

2. Eligibility

By using the platform, you confirm you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement and that information provided during registration is accurate and complete.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and all activity occurring under your account. Account sharing is not permitted.

4. Course Access

Individual Business courses, assessments and standard completion certificates are free after enrolment. A learner may have one unfinished Business course at a time and may enrol in another after a certificate is issued. Completed course access is retained. Contributions are optional and their payment status never determines free learning access. Olivia Learning Assistance remains a separately paid service. Existing completion requirements, account security and acceptable-use rules continue to apply.

Optional contributions

DiverseFX is a private commercial business, not a registered charity or nonprofit. Contributions are not tax-deductible charitable donations. DiverseFX is not VAT-registered; no VAT is charged.

General contributions help maintain and develop free education. They do not purchase course access. Please see our contribution and refund information.

5. Intellectual Property

All course content, lesson materials, quizzes, exams, certificates, educational resources, branding, text, graphics and platform materials remain the property of DiverseFX unless otherwise stated. They may not be copied, reproduced, shared, distributed or sold without prior written permission.

6. Educational Purpose Only

All content is provided for educational and informational purposes only and should not be regarded as legal, financial, tax or regulated professional advice.

7. No Guarantee Of Results

DiverseFX Business makes no guarantee of employment, income, commercial outcomes or professional success. Results depend on factors including effort, judgement, execution and market conditions.

8. Certificates

Certificates are issued only when required completion and pass criteria are met. Certificates may be revoked if issued in error, obtained fraudulently or used misleadingly.

9. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with functionality, upload harmful material or use the platform unlawfully or abusively.

10. Changes To The Platform

DiverseFX may update, improve, modify, suspend or remove aspects of the platform, course structure or educational content where reasonably necessary for maintenance, improvement or operational reasons.

11. Changes To These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

12. Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DiverseFX shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the platform, reliance on its content or inability to access the platform.
