Why are DiverseFX courses free?
We believe financial circumstances should not prevent people from learning. All individual Business courses, assessments and standard course-completion certificates have no compulsory course fees.
How does DiverseFX sustain free education?
Voluntary contributions from individuals and businesses help maintain the learning platforms and develop new courses. Paid Olivia Learning Assistance remains a separate optional service.
Do I have to contribute?
No. No Contribution is selected by default. You may enrol, study, complete assessments and receive your standard certificate without contributing.
Can I complete a course without contributing?
Yes. Your contribution choice and any failed, cancelled or abandoned payment do not affect free course access or certificate eligibility.
Can I contribute after completing a course?
Yes. You may see one optional invitation after your certificate is issued. You can also visit the optional contribution page whenever you choose. Your certificate is never withheld.
Can parents or businesses contribute?
Yes. The contribution page for individuals and businesses accepts voluntary support without purchasing or enrolling in a course, with optional company and billing details.
Are certificates included?
Standard course-completion certificates are free when you meet the existing course completion and assessment requirements. A contribution does not waive any requirement.
Can I enrol in more than one course?
You may study one unfinished Business course at a time. After its certificate is issued, another enrolment becomes available. You can browse other courses at any time and keep access to completed courses. This restriction applies to Business, not your other DiverseFX site accounts.
Are DiverseFX courses accredited?
These are practical professional-development courses. Completion certificates do not constitute formal accreditation or guarantee employment, income or professional licensing.
Are AI tutoring services included?
No. Olivia Learning Assistance minutes remain separately paid and optional. Free courses do not include paid AI minutes.
How are contributions processed?
You choose an optional amount and explicitly continue to secure Peach Payments checkout. Contributions are recorded as successful only after provider verification. General contributions do not purchase courses or create representative commissions.
Can I access my contribution history?
Signed-in contributors can view contribution history and print or save available records as PDF. Guests receive a private receipt link after verified payment.
Which Business courses are available?
All 19 active courses are listed in the course catalogue, with learning hours, practical focus and course details. Choose the course most relevant to your needs.
Are organisation services available?
Organisation registration, quotation requests and purchasing are temporarily paused while these services are updated. Existing administration and historical records are retained.
Is DiverseFX a charity?
No. DiverseFX is a private commercial business, not a registered charity or nonprofit. Contributions are not tax-deductible charitable donations. No VAT is charged while DiverseFX is not VAT-registered.
Can I correct my certificate name?
Enter your full name carefully during registration and confirm it. You cannot directly change it afterwards. Contact Support about a genuine error; an administrator can make an audited correction.
