1. Information We Collect

When you register or use the platform, information may include your name, email address, country or region, account login information, course progress, exam activity, platform usage and payment confirmation information processed by payment providers.

2. How We Use Your Information

Information may be used to create and manage your account, provide course access, track progress, issue certificates, communicate important information and improve platform functionality.

3. Payment Processing

Optional contributions and separately paid services use Peach Payments Hosted Checkout. DiverseFX retains contribution amount, currency, verification status, provider references, contributor name, receipt email and any supplied company/billing details for reconciliation, receipts and administration. Optional source-site and representative-code information is retained for attribution where relevant. Free course access is independent of contributions. DiverseFX does not receive or store full payment card details.

4. Data Protection

Reasonable technical and administrative measures are taken to protect personal information from unauthorised access, misuse or disclosure. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

5. Sharing Of Information

Personal information is not sold, rented or traded. Information may be shared only where reasonably necessary for payment processing, platform operation, hosting, or legal and regulatory obligations.

The website may use cookies or similar technologies to support login sessions, learning platform functionality and user experience. Please also review our Cookie Policy for additional information.

Optional Public Website Statistics

On selected public pages, you may choose to allow optional statistics for this browser tab. We count page views, approximate tab sessions and broad initial traffic sources to improve the website. This does not affect free learning. We respect Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track. Signed-in accounts, private learning, payment and account pages are excluded.

A random tab identifier expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. The server uses a daily hash; it does not retain your raw IP address, browser user agent, referrer URL, page URL, query strings or account identity for these statistics. Temporary deduplication hashes are removed within 48 hours and anonymous aggregates within 395 days. No cross-site visitor profile or unique-person count is created.

6A. Optional Course Invitation Emails

During learner registration you may separately choose to receive a short series of no more than four Business course invitation emails. This choice is optional, is recorded separately from the Terms and educational disclaimer, and is not required to create or use an account. Every invitation contains a direct unsubscribe action. Verification, security, payment and service messages are not marketing and remain separate from this preference.

7. Clara AI Assistant

Clara is an AI-powered DiverseFX Business assistant. When you choose to use Clara, we process the information you voluntarily provide in the conversation so that she can respond, maintain limited conversational continuity and provide relevant course, organisational or Support guidance.

For a signed-in learner, Clara may use limited account context authorised for the current session, such as a trusted first name, accessible courses, progress, assessment status, certificate availability and learner-owned Support tickets. Clara does not ask the browser to select an account or user identity.

Conversation history is bounded rather than retained as an unlimited permanent transcript. Anonymous conversations normally expire after approximately one day and authenticated conversations after approximately seven days, with older turns compacted into a limited continuity summary. Authorised administrators may review a bounded set of recent conversation activity for quality, Support, security and reliability purposes.

AI and platform service providers may process the limited information needed to operate the service. Limited usage, latency, failure and security information may also be recorded to keep Clara reliable and within appropriate usage controls. Do not provide passwords, full payment-card details or unnecessary confidential information in a Clara conversation.

If Clara prepares a Support escalation, a ticket is created only after explicit confirmation and contains a concise problem summary and relevant troubleshooting context rather than an unrestricted conversation transcript.

8. Your Rights

You may request access to, or correction of, personal information by contacting support. If you wish to close your account, support assistance may also be requested.

9. Changes To This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically to reflect operational, technical or legal changes. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
