Build practical checkout, payment, till-control, customer-service and workplace-readiness skills for transferable cashier and point-of-sale work.
Create a private CP1–CP12 practice portfolio covering transaction decisions, change calculations, price queries, payment states, corrections, returns, till discrepancies, security awareness, queue pressure and first-role readiness. Activities are self-directed and not tutor graded; use anonymised or fictional examples without entering customer or payment data.

Twelve 15-question module quizzes, four 30-question integrated Track examinations and one 60-question integrated Final Examination use a 70% pass mark. Practical numeracy is assessed throughout. A completion certificate is available only after the required learning and assessments are completed. The course teaches transferable practice, does not certify one proprietary POS system and does not guarantee employment.
