What the course develops

Prepare with precision

Practise formal-service awareness, premium table readiness, role coordination and exact service timing.

Verify advanced menu information

Develop menu and beverage awareness. Never guess about allergy or dietary safety: verify through authorised kitchen or supervisory procedures.

Anticipate and coordinate

Develop anticipatory service, tasting-menu coordination, discreet VIP support and premium service recovery.

Advance as a service professional

Practise coaching, luxury-hospitality teamwork and honest professional development.

Existing waiters, hospitality learners building on foundation skills, senior service staff and restaurant or luxury-hospitality teams developing fine-dining service capability. A distinct advanced development course with 57,370 teaching words, twelve private portfolio activities and 46 hours 48 minutes of planned learning. Professional Waiter & Food Service Skills remains the comprehensive foundation course; this course builds different premium-service capabilities. Foundation experience is helpful, but purchasing Course 12 is not a prerequisite. Completion does not guarantee employment or four-/five-star placement. This is not an accredited qualification, sommelier qualification, formal food-safety certification or formal alcohol-service certification.

Assessment and completion

Twelve 15-question module quizzes, four 30-question integrated Track examinations and one 60-question integrated Final Examination use a 70% pass mark. A completion certificate is available only after the required learning and assessments are completed. It records course completion and is not an accredited qualification or a guarantee of employment or workplace outcomes.
